Blossom Sky Cloud is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) version of our Virtual Data Lakehouse, currently supporting Google Cloud. You can install Blossom Sky Cloud on your own, or we can do it for you. You'll need to have a working google cloud account, and then your install scripts will do the rest.
We offer fast email support to paid accounts and prioritized help for enterprise accounts. Community support (community.databloom.ai) is available to all accounts and users of Blossom Sky or Apache Wayang. Please note that we can't prioritize support requests over our community channels, it may take some time before we respond.
All professional licenses come with standard support, featuring email and ticket system, available 6/4 or 8/5 depending on the tier. We also provide 24/7 mission-critical support, including a dedicated expert familiar with your setup and reporting to your account executive. Yes, you can upgrade from our Pro plan to Enterprise without any effort. You can also upgrade from Apache Wayang to Pro or Enterprise, but this might include some development effort. But don't worry, we have your back and do the migration for you. Just talk to our sales team to get your price estimation.
You can pay via credit card, or ACH wire transfer for any plan. When you sign up for an annual plan we generally invoice you with a net 30 days due period.
We offer a mix-and-match customized plan in our Enterprise package. The Pro package has fixed operational capabilities for small teams, but we offer additional user seats. Please contact our sales team for more information.
While we don’t offer refunds, there are two options for how Blossom Sky Owners can change the subscription level from a paid plan to the free version of Blossom:
- You can downgrade to the free version immediately. If your renewal date is more than a day away, we’ll prorate the remaining balance on your account and hold it for you as a credit. You can use that credit towards a reactivation of your paid subscription in the future.
- We can automatically downgrade you to the Free plan at your next renewal date. Your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.
